Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Pass Guarantee, you must meet all of the following conditions:
- Minimum subscription period: You must have an active subscription for a minimum of 60 consecutive days prior to your exam date.
- ReadySCORE threshold: You must achieve a ReadySCORE of 85 or higher within 30 days of your scheduled exam date.
- Practice exam completion: You must complete at least one full practice exam after achieving your 85 ReadySCORE, within the same 30-day window.
- Exam attempt: You must sit for the NBHWC certification exam within 30 days of achieving your 85 ReadySCORE.
- Proof of failure: You must submit your official NBHWC exam score report to AFPA within 14 days of receiving your results. Please submit your claim to info@afpafitness.com.
What You Receive
If all eligibility requirements are met and you do not pass the NBHWC exam, AFPA will extend your access to the NBHWC Exam Prep product for 6 additional months at no charge, beginning from the date your claim is approved.
