Hard read

I found most of the course to be a bit hard to understand and wish it was more than studies and stats. I would like to have had more of an explanation and felt like I didn't learn much from the reading.

Psychobiotics and Gut Brain Axis Review

This wonderful course takes a great deal of aggregated data to provide us with clear insights into the Gut-Brain Axis and how food affects our mental health, along with psychobiotics. While this is a great course, if you want to learn more about psychobiotics, I recommend checking out the "Pyschobiotic Revolution." I'm excited to see where the newer research will go and provides insight into one of the many mechanisms we can use as health and wellness professionals to support our clients. Thanks again for another wonderful course!
