The information in the textbook was very helpful and I will use it when working with some of my students at the Community College where I teach a beginner level fitness course. As well, the instructions on how to apply the push and pull type of workout strategy for training was great. Lots of good exercises and information about how to progress the exerccises is also included. The material is straight forard and easy to understand. Thank you.
