The author speaks to you in her book. Easy to understand and implement effective strategies for a "new and improved" you. I have been teaching fitness for over 40 years and (still) picked up some easy to use tools.

Geared for women I really found the nutrition and training program examples immediately applicable. The book clearly explains the lifting exercises and terminology with training plans. Great Book on Weight Training!

This book had quite a bit of helpful information and full of personal insight. I liked her fresh approach. They only item that was negative, of sorts, was she preached lifting weights is the best method for weight loss and building healthy bones. While I agree weight lifting is optimal and necessary, this is not the only way to achieve fitness.
