A Bit About The Role… Perfect Bar is currently accepting applications for openings within our marketing and events department. We are looking for motivated self-starters with an unwavering commitment to professional excellence. The Regional Events Manager will work under and support the National Retail Events Director in scheduling and facilitating roadshows and demos. Regional Events Manager will function as the conduit between product and customer, demonstrating how Perfect Bars are the highest quality bars on the market. Candidates should expect a fast paced, interactive environment at demos and roadshows. This position consists of 70% – 80% travel.

Job Requirements:

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities… Responsible for persuading customers to sample and purchase food items. Work to attract the attention of potential buyers, demonstrate the product and explain its positive attributes. Must have clear and succinct communication skills in order to provide potential customers with a detailed picture of a product in a short amount of time. Showcase the benefits, value, and useful-ness of Perfect Bars, make them desirable to potential customers and boost sales at a retail store by facilitating in-store demonstrations. Must be able to establish a quick rapport with a wide variety of people, and communicate in a style that is likable, relatable, and persuasive. Responsible for creating and assembling work stations and product displays. Assist in scheduling and coordinating brand ambassadors to assist with Costco Roadshows. Report units sold to National Retail Events Director at conclusion of Costco Roadshows. Set up, facilitate & break down events. Must be prepared to travel, drive, and engage in considerable physical activity. Must be able to stand on your feet for entire time of demo (up to 12 hours) and lift and move products up to 40lbs Who We Want… The ideal candidate will have superior communication skills with the capacity to connect through positive and respectful interactions. Candidate must be willing to travel to events and be able to work as a team. Extreme attention to detail. * Prior promotional demonstrating experience a plus 3-4 years work experience in customer service required. Sales experience preferred. GED required, Bachelors Degree preferred. Must be able to work Weekends, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Days and hours will vary. Health and Wellness industry background preferred. Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle to transport equipment and travel to different events. Must be 18 years or older Got what it takes to join the Perfect Bar family?
