Our growing facility is in need of a Personal Training Sales Manager to join our Management Team. Personal Training Sales Manager: The Personal Training Sales Manager is a self-motivated, outgoing and passionate individual that will lead our personal training sales efforts. To be successful you must have a great ability to read people, build relationships quickly and have a passion for fitness. A successful personal training sales manager will: ~Think creatively on how to generate new meetings with people to discuss goals ~Find member’s needs, building value, demonstrating to them how we can help them ~Deliver an excellent workout specific to the person and their goals ~Overcome Excuses & Objections Helping people to rethink the importance of their goal Compensation: Base + Commission + Bonuses average between $30,000 – $65,000 depending on the level of skill and how hard the personal training manager works.
A good candidate will enjoy working in a health club environment, have a friendly, outgoing personality, and genuinely care about helping others. Responsibilities: The Personal Training Sales Manager is responsible for introducing personal training to prospective, new and existing club members, and getting them engaged with a personal training plan. The position is in charge of growing the personal training program, and working as a team to maintain the program and provide exceptional service. Desirable Traits: Must have a passion for health and wellness, will be ambitious, energetic, approachable, friendly, and will help members make a commitment to their goals. Strong work ethic, honesty and integrity are also crucial to this role. Excellent sales & customer service experience and skills Excellent leadership skills; must be coachable and teachable Must be genuine, friendly, outgoing, and a people-person Must be goal oriented & have a passion for helping individuals achieve their personal goals Ability to multi-task in a busy environment Self-driven attitude and ability to work without close supervision AED/CPR Certification Must have qualified Personal Training Certification and commit to ongoing training and development Attire: The Personal Training Sales Manager will be expected to maintain a professional appearance, appropriate for a fitness center. Clothing must be clean and professional looking.
