About the Speakers

Clint Carlson

Clint Carlson is an experienced Health and Wellness Leader with over 7 years in corporate fitness and health coaching. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Health from the University of Idaho and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and EXOS Performance Specialist (XPS). Clint currently serves as a Virtual Performance Manager for EXOS in the corporate environment, where he leads a team of wellness coaches and develops innovative wellness initiatives. His expertise includes program development, team leadership, and ergonomic solutions, contributing to increased client engagement and program success.

Tom Andre

Dr. Thomas Andre holds a PhD in Kinesiology, specializing in Exercise Nutrition and Health Promotion. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Health and Exercise Science, bringing extensive academic expertise to his field. Dr. Andre is a prolific author, with over 100 peer-reviewed publications and presentations, contributing valuable research to the areas of health and exercise science.

Annie Bane is a Nutritional Physiologist with a doctorate degree from Baylor University in Kinesiology, Nutrition, Exercise Physiology and Health Promotions.
