Understanding neuroplasticity is a powerful foundation for health and wellness coaching. This session explores the science of neuroplasticity and its relationship to behavior change. This free training is for health and wellness coaches who want to deepen their understanding of the brain and unlock a new level of impact for their clients. Applying the principles of neuroplasticity can guide clients toward sustainable improvements and coaches in professional growth.  

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

About the Speaker

Vikki Pedigo, MSN, NBC-HWC​

Vikki Pedigo, MSN, NBC-HWC, is a board-certified health and wellness coach. Prior to entering coaching full-time, she worked as a Nurse Practitioner in Women’s Health and Integrative Medicine. Vikki provided clinical health coaching and integrative medicine consults at the Osher Center for Integrative Medicine at Vanderbilt, primarily focused on patients with complex chronic pain conditions. Since 2018, she has served as core faculty in health coaching programs, developed and iterated course content, and mentored providers and coaches in the communication skills of behavior change, including motivational interviewing. Vikki will soon be launching her private coaching and mentoring practice with a focus on fostering creative living through holistic well-being. Vikki is a skilled teacher, mentor, and facilitator who loves empowering learners to use newfound skills. She lives in upstate NY with her family and dog. You might find her growing showy flowers, reading, writing, or on a dragon boat.
