Rena has studied with leading experts worldwide in the fields of education, Yoga, Nutrition, and health. She holds two Bachelors of Science (B.S.) Education, certficiates to teach Yoga to adults, families, and children, two Trauma informed Yoga certifications, and is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
