During her career, Rena has held lead teacher, CEO, and co-host positions in general education, special education, Yoga, health, and nutrition.

Rena has studied with leading experts worldwide in the fields of education, Yoga, Nutrition, and health. She holds two Bachelors of Science (B.S.) Education, certficiates to teach Yoga to adults, families, and children, two Trauma informed Yoga certifications, and is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
