1. Be A Workout Warrior

An exercise program only works if you do it consistently! Everyday if you can, or make a schedule that works for you and stick to it no matter what!

4. Take a Buddy Along for the Ride

Find a friend or relative with whom you can exercise with and who wants to establish a healthier lifestyle. Someone who shares your desires and goals is a great motivational tool!

5. Make Fitness a Way of Life
